Jeff, Richard and all the team are so knowledgeable it’s an education to listen to them with their customers. For an older woman with no car knowledge they’re all so kind and patient to answer questions and explain the problem without making you feel ignorant and NEVER suggest work that isn’t needed right then but alert you to things that might be needed later. Most of his customers are long timers who keep coming back because the team members are thorough, professional and fair. I could not be more pleased. |

He greeted me as soon as I walked in and got a mechanic on the job right away. I started going to Car Doctors after purchasing a different vehicle from them about three years ago. They’ve taken good care of my car. Now my sister gets her car serviced there. |

I contacted the establishment under a recommendation from another shop due to not servicing Subarus. From the first phone call, I felt comfy talking with Jessie about the car issues. When dropping off my vehicle, I was warmly greeted by Jessie along with a couple of the techs. On top of the main reason for the visit, they did a thorough multi-point inspection per my request and with that inspection other concerns turned up. The service needed for my vehicle was handled accordingly and I'm glad to say that I'm very appreciative of the great work that was done! Moving forward, I plan to continue to see the folks at Car Doctors for my vehicle services. |

Only business I trust with my car |
Having visited several repair facilities in another city where my grand daughter lives we decided to take the car to the "Doctor". Their research and diagnosis led to a solution that no one else could find. There is a fuel sensor switch which was malfunctioning to cause the 'check engine' light to come on. These guys are the GREATEST!!! |

I dropped my car because it wont start. The issue was starter. To change the starter, they charged me $426.86 (part - 184+ Shop supplies-$16.8 + Labor - $210+ Tax). Upon pickup i noticed the starter they replaced in my car was a re-manufactured product. These products are less than 100$ ( I checked in all other stores for its price) and it had a refundable core charge of $30+ upon returning my broken starter for recycling (which they should have returned to the customer i.e 'me'). Instead they charged $184 which is $80+ dollars into their pockets. They are unethical and unreasonable. I dint complain the job they did. But beware of what parts they use in your car and check for the prices. More better, you better buy the part and pay for the labor. I'm wondering what are their hourly rates. the labor is $210. I should have been more careful. |
